The Outdoor Cat Tree W-8 is a tall, extensive model designed for use in secured outdoor spaces such as cat enclosures, balconies, terraces or catios. With a total height of 216 cm, it provides the cat with several levels for climbing, scratching, resting and observing the surroundings. An enclosed cat house provides an additional, more sheltered place for rest.

The structure consists of Ø 14 cm posts: four measuring 50 cm, two measuring 35 cm and two measuring 100 cm in length. They are made of solid pressure-treated wood and wrapped with synthetic rope resistant to changing weather conditions. The numerous vertical surfaces provide plenty of space for scratching, climbing and full-body stretching.

The W-8 is equipped with three shelves measuring 50 × 70 cm, 40 × 70 cm and 30 × 70 cm, a 50 × 50 cm top bed and a cat house measuring 41.5 × 41.5 cm and 30 cm in height. Positioned at different heights, these elements create an extensive route between the various levels, while the enclosed house provides a sheltered resting area.

The soft cushions have removable covers made of Teflon-treated fabric with reduced water absorption. The covers can be hand washed or machine washed at temperatures up to 40°C. However, the fabric is not completely waterproof – after heavy rain, wet textile elements should be removed and thoroughly dried before being put back in place.

The base measures 70 × 70 cm and is made of layered plywood. The shelves and cat house are made of waterproof plywood and additionally protected with waterproof yacht varnish, while the pressure-treated posts and synthetic rope are designed for outdoor use. Thanks to this combination, the W-8 can be used as a water-resistant outdoor cat tree in properly secured outdoor spaces.

On sunny days, the entire cat tree can be thoroughly washed and scrubbed with water and detergent or cleaned with a pressure washer. It is best to remove the textile elements before washing and allow the structure to dry completely afterwards. When using a pressure washer, keep the nozzle at a suitable distance and avoid directing a strong jet from close range at plywood edges, joints or the rope surface.
