Rufi Cat Breeder Program

Do you run a registered pedigree cat cattery?
Join the Rufi Cat Breeder Program and benefit from special conditions prepared for breeders and for people who purchase kittens from your cattery.

Participation in the Program is free of charge.

The Program has been designed so that both the Breeder and the new owners of kittens referred by the Breeder can benefit.

What do you gain as a Breeder?

Participants in the Cat Breeder Program receive:

• a permanent 15% discount on online purchases made from the Breeder account,
• a permanent 10% discount for customers referred by the Breeder,
• 2% of the value of purchases made by customers referred by you is returned as a bonus to your Breeder account and can be used towards future purchases from Drapaki Rufi,
• the possibility of presenting your cattery in the “Recommended Catteries” section,
• the possibility of publishing information about litters free of charge in the “Kittens – Current Litters” section,
• special pricing conditions for purchases made at trade fairs, exhibitions and directly at Drapaki Rufi,
• the possibility of purchasing kitten starter packs on particularly preferential pricing terms,
• the possibility of participating in additional promotions, offers and campaigns prepared especially for Cat Breeder Program participants.

You also benefit from our loyalty program

Independently of the Cat Breeder Program, every registered customer of the Drapaki Rufi store also participates in our standard loyalty program.

2% of the value of your own purchases is returned to your account as a bonus that can be used towards future orders.

This means that as a Breeder:

• you receive a permanent 15% discount,
• an additional 2% of the value of your own purchases is returned to your account,
• and in addition, 2% of the value of purchases made by customers referred by you is returned as a bonus to your Breeder account.

Bonuses can be used towards future purchases from Drapaki Rufi – for example for cat trees, cat beds or kitten starter packs.

The accumulated bonus can also cover the full value of a selected starter pack, allowing the Breeder to receive it without having to pay additionally for the products.

Your customer benefits too

A person purchasing a kitten from your cattery can receive a permanent 10% discount on purchases from the Drapaki Rufi store.

In addition, just like every registered customer of the store, they also receive 2% of the value of their own purchases back to their account under the loyalty program.

Important – we do not use discount codes

There are no discount codes in the Cat Breeder Program that need to be entered when placing an order.

Once the referred customer has correctly created their account, the discount is assigned to that account automatically.

How can I check whether my discount is active?

Discounts in the Cat Breeder Program are applied by the store automatically after you log in to the appropriate account:

• after logging in to a Breeder account, product prices are automatically reduced by 15%,
• after logging in to the account of a referred customer, product prices are automatically reduced by 10%.

The store does not display the discount as a crossed-out price or as a separate “-15%” or “-10%” message. After logging in, the prices displayed already include the discount you are entitled to.

If you want to check whether the discount has been assigned correctly, simply compare the price of the same product:

1. while logged out – the store will display the standard product price,
2. after logging in to the Breeder or referred-customer account – the store will display the price automatically reduced by 15% or 10%, respectively.

There is no need to activate the discount, enter a code or select any additional option when placing an order.

If the account has been correctly assigned to the Program, the prices visible after logging in are already discounted prices.

How does referring customers work?

The Program has been designed so that, once the accounts have been correctly linked, everything works automatically. No discount codes are required.

1. Log in to your Breeder account

Log in to the Drapaki Rufi store using your Breeder account. A permanent 15% discount and the other benefits of the Cat Breeder Program are assigned to this account.

2. Send an invitation to your customer

From your Breeder account, send an invitation to the e-mail address of the person who has purchased or is purchasing a kitten from your cattery.

3. The customer receives an e-mail containing a link

The customer will receive an e-mail containing a special link that allows them to create an account in the Drapaki Rufi store.

4. The customer creates an account using the link received

This is very important: the customer should create their account directly using the link contained in the invitation sent by the Breeder.

This allows the system to identify which cattery the referral came from and correctly link both accounts.

5. The accounts are linked automatically

Once the customer has correctly created their account, the system automatically:

• links the customer to your Breeder account,
• grants the customer a permanent 10% discount,
• saves the discount directly to their account,
• links their future purchases to your Breeder account.

6. Discounts and bonuses are calculated automatically

From that moment on, the customer does not need to enter any code when placing an order or repeatedly declare which cattery referred them.

With future purchases:

• the customer automatically benefits from their 10% discount,
• 2% of the value of their own purchases is returned to their account under the loyalty program,
• additionally, 2% of the value of their purchases is returned as a bonus to your Breeder account.

When you make your own purchases as a Breeder, you benefit from your permanent 15% discount, while an additional 2% of the value of your own purchases is returned to your account under the store’s standard loyalty program.

Most importantly

The Breeder sends an invitation → the customer clicks the link received → creates an account → the system automatically links both accounts and assigns all applicable discounts and bonuses.

There is no need to use discount codes, vouchers or report each order separately.

Kitten Starter Packs

Participants in the Cat Breeder Program can purchase selected cat trees, toys and other products intended for kitten starter packs on special, significantly reduced pricing terms.

To benefit from the special starter-pack prices, you must provide a current litter registration document no older than 5 months.

Each kitten from a particular litter is entitled to one set from the “Kitten Starter Pack” category.

Important rules concerning starter packs

• starter packs must be ordered as a separate order,
• no other products from the online store may be added to an order containing starter packs,
• delivery costs for starter-pack orders are paid by the Breeder,
• one order may contain a maximum of 6 starter packs,
• if you wish to order more than 6 starter packs, divide them into several separate orders so that no single order contains more than 6 starter packs,
• a current litter registration document no older than 5 months is required in order to receive the special price,
• one set from the “Kitten Starter Pack” category is available for each kitten in the litter,
• if the required litter document is not provided, the products may be removed from the order or charged at the standard price.

Additional promotion for your cattery

The Cat Breeder Program is not only about discounts and special purchasing conditions.

Catteries participating in the Program may be presented in the “Recommended Catteries” section, while information about current litters may be published in the “Kittens – Current Litters” section.

Selected catteries, litters and publications may also be promoted through our social media channels.

How to join the Cat Breeder Program

Are you interested in joining the Rufi Cat Breeder Program?

Contact us at [email protected] and send us confirmation that your cattery is officially registered.

In reply, you will receive the Cat Breeder Program Terms and Conditions for signature together with detailed information about the next steps.

Activation of a Breeder account requires:

• having a customer account in the Drapaki Rufi online store,
• providing confirmation of cattery registration,
• accepting and signing the Cat Breeder Program Terms and Conditions,
• placing an active link to Drapaki Rufi on your cattery’s website.

Once these requirements have been met and verified by Drapaki Rufi, your account will be activated as a Breeder account, and the benefits available under the Program will be assigned automatically.
