The Floor-to-Ceiling Tension Cat Tree EX-S-12 is an expanded model designed for installation between the floor and ceiling. Its vertical construction makes efficient use of the room height, providing the cat with several levels for climbing, scratching, resting and observing the surroundings.

The structure consists of Ø14 cm posts wrapped with sisal rope, providing a large surface for regular scratching and full-body stretching. The model includes one 100 cm post, three 40 cm posts, one 30 cm post with the ceiling tension mechanism and one 15 cm post.

The EX-S-12 is equipped with one single hammock and one double hammock. Their frames are made of layered plywood, and the covers are removable and washable. The two types of hammock create comfortable, open resting areas at different heights and add variety to the overall layout of the structure.

The cat tree also features two cat houses with an inner diameter of Ø45 cm and a height of 35 cm. One of them has a distinctive design with two ears. The outer surfaces of the cat houses are covered with a white sisal mat, while the interiors are wax-treated. The cushions inside and on top of the cat houses are removable and washable, and the top and bottom panels are made of layered plywood. The two enclosed spaces provide the cat with additional sheltered areas for peaceful rest.

The base measures 50 × 70 cm and is 45 mm thick. It is made of layered plywood. Its elongated shape complements the multi-level construction, which makes use of the available space primarily in height.

The EX-S-12 floor-to-ceiling cat tree is stabilised with a ceiling tension mechanism. The overall height of the structure is adjusted to the room height provided when placing the order.
