The D-8 is a tall upholstered cat tree for large cats, combining a long scratching surface with a spacious platform, a sheltered hideout and an upper rosette-style bed. The construction is 160 cm high and is available in three size variants, allowing its main elements to be adapted to the size of the cat.

The longest post measures 100 cm and provides the cat with a long, uninterrupted surface wrapped in sisal rope. It allows the animal to reach high with its front paws, stretch its entire body and scratch in a natural position. This is particularly important for larger cats, as short posts do not always provide enough space for a full-body stretch.

The remaining posts measure 45, 35 and 30 cm. All scratching posts have a diameter of 14 cm. They connect the individual levels and provide additional surfaces for scratching and climbing as the cat moves between the base, platform, hideout and upper bed.

The large rectangular platform creates a spacious intermediate level. The cat can stand, turn around and rest comfortably on it or use it to reach the upper parts of the construction. Depending on the selected version, the platform measures from 45 × 70 to 55 × 70 cm.

The round hideout provides a more sheltered space for sleeping and undisturbed rest. It is upholstered on the inside as well, creating a soft resting surface throughout the interior. Its location in the middle section allows easy access from both the lower and upper levels.

A rosette-style bed with a raised edge is positioned at the highest level. It provides an open resting place and an observation point from which the cat can watch its surroundings. The raised edge supports the body and provides a comfortable place to rest the head.

The D-8 is available in three variants. In the small version, the hideout and round bed measure 40 cm in diameter. The medium version measures 45 cm, while the large version measures 50 cm. The dimensions of the base and platform also increase with the size of the resting areas.

The hideout, round bed and large platform create three different areas that cats can use. This also makes the D-8 a possible option for homes in which more than one cat shares the same cat tree, particularly when the animals prefer to rest at different levels.

The base is made from layered plywood. It measures 50 × 80 cm in the small version and 55 × 80 cm in the medium and large versions. Its rectangular shape provides a suitable foundation for the tall construction and its 100 cm scratching post.

The upholstered D-8 can be adapted to the interior by selecting the size of the construction, the type and colour of the upholstery material and the colour of the rope. It provides a large cat with space for scratching, stretching, climbing, resting and observing its surroundings.
