Cat Tree for Large Cats – Upholstered H-3

The H-3 is an extensively equipped upholstered cat tree for large cats, combining long scratching surfaces with several places for resting, climbing and observing the surroundings. The construction is 160 cm high and includes a large platform with an access opening, two open beds, a hideout, a side platform, a swing and a cylindrical bed.

The longest post measures 110 cm and provides the cat with an extensive scratching surface. It allows the animal to reach high with its front paws, stretch its entire body and scratch in a natural position. An additional 67 cm post and six 40 cm posts create further surfaces wrapped in sisal rope and connect the individual levels of the construction.

The central element of the cat tree is a long 45 × 140 cm platform with an opening. It provides plenty of room for movement and rest, while the opening allows the cat to pass between the different levels. An additional 40 × 50 cm side platform creates another intermediate level and observation point.

Two 40 × 55 cm beds allow cats to rest at different heights. The hideout measures 40 × 40 cm, is 30 cm high and is upholstered on the outside, providing a more enclosed place for sleeping. The variety of resting areas allows the cat to choose between open platforms, beds and the sheltered interior of the hideout.

The H-3 also includes a cylindrical bed measuring 45 cm in length and 30 cm in diameter, which can serve as an additional resting place or observation point. The 25 × 25 cm swing adds variety to the construction and encourages the cat to use the cat tree actively.

The numerous levels, two beds and additional resting areas also make the H-3 a suitable option for homes in which more than one cat shares the same cat tree. The arrangement allows the animals to choose between different heights and resting places.

The 50 × 120 cm base is made from layered plywood. Its elongated shape and rigid construction are important in an extensive cat tree exposed to the loads generated when cats jump and climb.

The upholstered H-3 cat tree can be adapted to the interior by selecting the type and colour of the upholstery material and the colour of the sisal rope. Due to its weight and dimensions, the finished product is delivered on a pallet.
